WELCOME MARCH 2013
As we prepare for the arrival of Spring this month, cleansing becomes a mindset – our bodies, our homes, and of course our gardens. In preparation of pollen season it is very important to do a gentle detox/cleanse.
This enables our body to rid itself of excess toxins and in doing so, we are better equipped to deal with the upcoming onslaught of allergens.

Nettles, the featured herb this month, can be used for a gentle cleanse, even for children. You will find this herb in many of our herbal blends in the shop. A liver cleanse is also important, and Healthy Liver Tonic is finally back on the shelves. Of course there are many other herbs available to assist with a cleanse and we are happy to help you with your own personal needs.
Spring is in the air and we all love to freshen up with lavender –look for lavender in our newest linen mists, dryer sheets, cleansers, and lavender liners for your drawers. The scent of lavender will certainly inspire your household spring cleaning!

Look for our newest Seasonal Blends this month—a Detox and a Spring Energy Blend. The newest fruit tea blends are sure to refresh as well as offer welcome antioxidants!
Organic seed is still available and this is a great month to get a start on your garden transplants (gardening books are also available in the shop.) Flowering baskets will be available towards the end of the month – just in time for Easter!

We have Spring Specials on organic skincare throughout the store.
